OVA STORE MANAGER
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and confident individual responsible for overall store management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The store manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Opening and closing the store, following business hours.

Balance cash register floats, and ensuring the register always has sufficient change. This may require bank visits.

Complete store administration that will include, but not limited to, staff scheduling and sales records.

Provide a high level of customer service.
-
Deal with issues that may arise from customer or staff complaints.
-
Report customer requests.
-
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and maintain awareness of new products for self and staff.

Meet sales goals.
-
Train and supervise staff.
-
Keep the store clean, organized, and well merchandised.
-
Oversee effective merchandise presentation.
-
Receive and process incoming inventory.
-
Price inventory.
-
Monitor and maintain inventory levels in-store and online.
-
Ensure new inventory gets to the sales floor in a timely manner.
-
Organize office & storage space to increase efficiency.
-
Package & ship online orders with care.
-
Place supply orders as needed.
-
Create in-store marketing assets (i.e. signage).
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-
Commit to scheduled hours.

Additional store manager duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Retail managerial experience is preferred.

Strong leadership and team working skills.
