We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and confident individual responsible for overall store management. 


The store manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Opening and closing the store, following business hours.
  • Balance cash register floats, and ensuring the register always has sufficient change. This may require bank visits. 
  • Complete store administration that will include, but not limited to, staff scheduling and sales records.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Deal with issues that may arise from customer or staff complaints.
  • Report customer requests.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and maintain awareness of new products for self and staff. 
  • Meet sales goals.
  • Train and supervise staff. 
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well merchandised.
  • Oversee effective merchandise presentation.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Price inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels in-store and online.
  • Ensure new inventory gets to the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Organize office & storage space to increase efficiency. 
  • Package & ship online orders with care.
  • Place supply orders as needed.
  • Create in-store marketing assets (i.e. signage).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Commit to scheduled hours. 
  • Additional store manager duties as required.


  • Retail managerial experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team working skills.
